RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Designer Dood, we understand that sizing can sometimes be a challenge when shopping online. To ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases, we offer a size exchange policy, subject to the following conditions:
- Contact for Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer service team at contact@designerdood.com or via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your item. This will initiate the exchange process.
- Hygiene and Quality Check: All exchanges are contingent upon a thorough hygiene and quality check. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags intact. The approval or decline of an exchange request will depend on the condition of the product received.
- Return Conditions: Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or if the tags have been removed. It is essential that the product remains in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange.
- Exchange Pickup Charge: An exchange pickup charge of Rs 150 will be applied for all size exchanges. This charge covers the cost of arranging the pickup and return of the product.
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product at our base, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days. We will do our utmost to expedite the process so you can receive your replacement product as quickly as possible.
- Size Exchange Limitation: Please note that size exchanges are allowed only once per product. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the availability of the desired size at the time of the exchange request.
REFUND PROCESS
For products like oversized t-shirts, phone cases, printed diaries, coffee mugs, and cushion covers, refunds will be processed within 3-4 working days after we receive the item back. The amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within the same timeframe. Refunds will also be issued if the product is received damaged.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Please be aware that any items purchased during promotions or sales are considered final sales. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are offered at special prices during these promotional periods.
